Shipping Costs

Delivery of orders over €30 to Cyprus are free of charge. Orders below €29.99 carry a delivery charge of €3.00. Delivery of orders to Greece have a standard flat rate of €6.00 per order.

Presently we only ship to Cyprus & Greece orders outside these countries may not be accepted. Orders that are received before 2pm will be delivered the next day. This service is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend when choosing this option will be delivered on Monday.

Every order will be dispatched on the next business day. Customers will be informed by email upon dispatch.

Payment Methods

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive where VAT rates apply. The VAT rate paid by customers for different items can be seen in detail at checkout.

Customers in Cyprus and Greece can choose to online or pay by cash upon delivery (By ‘Cash on Delivery’ we mean strictly cash no cheques or cards are accepted) .

Pick up Locations

Clients who choose to pick up their order from any ACS office, will receive a call / email / SMS once their order is ready for pick up. This takes a maximum of 2 working days for completion.

Cancellation

Only products available in stock can be added to the cart. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed immediately. The customer can either opt for a refund or a replacement of a product of the same price.

Return & Exchange Policy

If products received are defective or do not comply with the order, customers must notify vitamin.cy within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. Please contact vitamin.cy on: contact@vitamin.cy.

Returns are accepted at any ACS offices and you must present proof of purchase from vitamin.cy.

Vitamin.cy will only accept products that are intact, and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns should be delivered by the customer to any ACS office.​
